I miss the fire

July 19, 2016

"I miss the fire. I was always passionate about Japanese culture, but more for fun stuff like the games and art. Making the transition to making it my work meant more discipline and learning about it in new ways. I like doing sushi and the job here is great, but it's not the same. Cooking with heat just feels different"
